How many years have you been in business?

RevvSpark was launched in 2021. The founder has more than 20 years’ experience in marketing, sales operations, and sales enablement for SaaS organizations.

What technology do you have experience with?

We are tech-agnostic and try to determine solutions that will work depending on the stage and budget of a business. Not every business can afford Salesforce or Marketo. But every business deserves the operational protocol that can help scale them with technology not being a barrier to growth.

Do you work with other businesses to provide services?

We do! We have a number of affiliates and partners that we work with and recommend clients to. We only recommend those that we either use ourselves or have deep experience with, who operate by the same philosophy we do and provide excellent quality of service.


What is your methodology?

We first conduct an initial discovery session with every client to determine the services that are a fit for the organization. This is followed by a 2-hour joint scoping session that allows us to capture the scope of your needs. From this we generate a custom proposal with defined project scope. Every project is customized to the needs of the client and the stage of the organization.

What is RevvSpark's approach?

With every client we apply the SPARK Process™ – which is our proprietary approach proven out over many early-stage companies. First we address everything relating to Selling, then we move onto Positioning (Marketing and messaging). We build in Assessment tools, technology, and methods to track company operations. We define roles of Responsbility in the organization as to who will own what and each person’s individual responsibility for revenue. Finally, we Kickstart growth by providing Best Practices, guidance, and ongoing advisory for a scaling business.

What is your project philosophy?

We build solutions that enable future scale for clients. Everything we do creates a foundation that can enable growth, nothing that is a limiting factor. Even if you do not have a team of 7 BDR’s and 10 AE’s (yet), or a yearly Marketing budget of $300K, we build in the capability in your systems and processes to eventually handle a growth team.

Pricing & Payments

How do you price your services?

Every engagement is custom based on the needs of the organization and their growth stage. Please contact us for a custom quote.

How does payment work for an engagement?

For consulting, we charge based on a 10-hour day rate. For projects we charge 50% of a project fee upfront to begin work, and the remaining 50% after a specified number of days post-project commencement. For ongoing advisory, we charge at the beginning of the month for the next month of advisory or retainer services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via U.S.-based ACH and also accept payment online with a credit card via Stripe.

Do you offer a guarantee?

For every project we determine a set of success metrics we work towards. There will be joint accountabilities on both our parts to ensure they are met. The quality of our work is guaranteed. If we do not meet your objective within the scoped timeframe and that fault is ours, we refund your full fee.
